Under the patronage of Dr. Rami Hamdallah, President of An-Najah National University, the Faculty of Islamic Law established the Holy Quran Forum in cooperation with Dr. Jamal Al-Kilani, Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Law.
All the university faculties’ staff and students commended the Islamic Law Faculty efforts to establish this forum as it is the first of its type at An-Najah University. The Forum aims to encourage students and motivate them to memories the Holy Quran in a spiritual atmosphere that helps them get out of the monotonous routine at the university.

The Holy Quran Forum also holds many seminars and workshops to attract a great number of students to participate in the Holy Quran memorization competitions, it also holds annual celebrations to honor the winning top students in the competitions held during the summer semester.

It is worth mentioning that a large number of the university students participated in the annual competitions that held during the summer semester.

Memorization and Revision Sessions:

 The Holy Quran Forum adopted two different systems for Quran memorization:
1.    The first system is designed for those who want to start memorizing the Holy Quran for the first time
2.    The second system is designed for those who want to start reviewing what they have memorized of the Holy Quran

Students who memorize the Holy Quran are divided into four levels:
1.    Level 1: In this level, participants have to memorize one part of the Holy Quran during the semester.
2.    Level 2:In this level, participants have to memorizes two parts of the Holy Quran during the semester.
3.    Level 3:In this level, participants have to memorize three parts of the Holy Quran during the semester.
4.    Level 4: In this level, participants have to memorize the thirtieth part of the Quran (Juz' 30 Amma) with the interpretation.

Students who review the Holy Quran are divided into four levels:
5.    Level 1: In this level, participants have to review five parts of the Holy Quran during the semester.
6.    Level 2:In this level, participants have to review ten parts of the Holy Quran during the semester.
7.    Level 3:In this level, participants have to review fifteen parts of the Holy Quran during the semester.
8.    Level 4: In this level, participants have to review the Holy Quran (All Parts) during the semester.

Participants will be evaluated at the end of the semester.
